Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received
    • In its original packaging

  • Items such as personal care, hygiene, or consumable products are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.


Return Process

 

To initiate a return:


  1. Contact us at caresphere1@myshopify.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
