Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging

- Items such as personal care, hygiene, or consumable products are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Return Process

To initiate a return:
- Contact us at caresphere1@myshopify.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
